本網誠以瑜伽靜坐（霎哈嘉瑜珈）修練資料，Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi (錫呂•瑪塔吉) 的教導和開示為主軸，副以其他各地修行文化資料，各宗教古經典、古老智慧，各地聖哲先賢的教悔，吉祥圖案、神話史詩等資料，並試圖找尋屬靈真諦與科學之間的界面，為各練習者及其他所有真理的追尋者（求道者）提供一扇「天窗」。亦對研究宗教、哲學、玄學、冥想以至科學的人（不論是學者還是普通市民）來說，提供一個另類的園地。
